This product enables material saving and energy consumption reduction, transforms the "bulky, heavy and rigid" image of traditional concrete structures, and significantly extends the service life and design flexibility of structures. It is applicable to major engineering projects including highway and bridge engineering, decorative components, structural reinforcement, structural anti-corrosion and protection, national defense engineering and nuclear engineering, and is green, environmentally friendly and low-carbon.
· Conventional Curing Process: Eliminates the high-temperature thermal curing process required for traditional UHPC, enabling large-scale on-site application.
· High Fluidity: Significantly reduces the viscosity of UHPC paste, solving the long-standing problems of poor fluidity and difficult construction of UHPC.
· Remarkable Shrinkage Reduction: Effectively reduces the shrinkage deformation of UHPC, controls the total shrinkage deformation within 300με throughout the entire process, and greatly improves the volume stability of structures.
· High Modulus and High Toughness: Breaks through the bottleneck that traditional UHPC cannot incorporate coarse aggregates, achieves high modulus and high toughness, and effectively enhances the coordinated deformation capacity of steel-concrete composite structures.
· High Bond Strength: The ultra-high bond strength with steel bars can effectively transfer internal forces of structures, meeting the requirements of simple steel bar connection.

· Mixing: Mix strictly according to the recommended mix proportion using a forced mixer. The mixer should be moistened and free of standing water. Feeding sequence: Powder materials → Liquid materials → Fibers. The total mixing time shall be no less than 5 minutes to ensure sufficient mixing of the paste and achieve the optimal construction state. No water or admixtures shall be added to the mixture after mixing is completed.
· Transportation: Can be transported by hopper, crane and tanker. Transportation equipment or facilities shall be free of accumulated water. If transported by tanker, the tank shall maintain normal rotation speed and shall not stop. The slurry shall be covered during transportation to avoid exposure to harsh environments such as high temperature, direct sunlight and strong wind, which may affect construction performance.
· Curing: Immediate moist curing shall be carried out after pouring. It is recommended to use curing agent to enhance curing during the plastic stage. While performing moist curing, the curing temperature shall be controlled to be no less than 10℃, and moist curing shall last for more than 7 days.
· Packaging: Powder materials and aggregates are packaged in ton bags, steel fibers in kraft paper bags, and water reducers in drums. Packaging can also be adjusted according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: This product is hygroscopic and shall be stored in a dry and cool place. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. Products beyond the shelf life must be re-tested and can only be used if qualified.
