It is applicable to various duct grouting projects, especially post-tensioned prestressed concrete duct grouting for large-scale projects such as highways and bridges.
· Simple Operation: BC-YJ(I) can be used directly after mixing with water.
· High Plastic Retention: The fluidity of the grouting material after mixing with water remains basically unchanged within 60 minutes, fully meeting the requirements of grouting construction.
· Zero Bleeding: The free bleeding rate of the grouting material after mixing with water is 0, which effectively avoids sedimentation and separation, enhances interfacial bonding, and improves the protection of hardened paste on prestressed steel bars.
· High Durability: The hardened paste has a dense pore structure, which can effectively prevent the intrusion of external harmful media and ensure excellent durability.
· Non-Corrosive: The product is non-toxic and non-radioactive, and contains no substances that cause steel bar corrosion.

· Mix Proportion: BC-YJ(I) only needs to be mixed with water for use. The recommended water-binder ratio (water/BC-YJ(I)) is 0.28, and the optimal proportion shall be determined through trial mixing according to the on-site mixing process. If other components need to be added, strict tests must be conducted.
· Mixing: A high-speed mixer with a rotation speed of not less than 1000r/min shall be used to ensure sufficient mixing intensity. The mixing time shall be appropriately extended until all components of the grouting material are fully and uniformly dispersed.
· Packaging: Available in valve bags or bulk. The net weight is 40kg per bag, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: It shall be stored in a dry and cool place with a shelf life of 6 months.
