BC-GJ(I) high-strength non-shrink grout is a cement-based grout formulated mainly from inorganic materials compounded with various polymer functional components. It features high strength, non-shrinkage and self-leveling, with strong fluidity retention, excellent durability and superior fatigue resistance. It is applicable to grouting for large industrial equipment foundations, machinery, equipment and steel structure foundations in special projects such as nuclear power plants, and also suitable for structural concrete repair and reinforcement projects.
· Excellent Self-Leveling Performance: The superplasticizing components of BC-GJ(I) can effectively reduce the yield stress of the mixture, enabling it to freely fill the mold space and achieve self-compacting effect without vibration. Meanwhile, its functional components can effectively improve the segregation resistance of the mixture, maintaining coordinated rheology of all phases during high-speed flow without delamination, segregation or bleeding.
· Non-Shrinkage: It effectively compensates for shrinkage caused by chemical reactions, external and internal drying during cement hydration and hardening, improves volume stability, and thus enhances the stability and bearing capacity of equipment foundations.
· Non-Corrosive: Non-toxic and non-radioactive, it contains no substances that cause steel corrosion, and has strong chemical corrosion resistance and oil penetration resistance.
The following data represent typical properties of this product and may be slightly adjusted based on specific customer requirements.(Reference Standards: GB/T 50448-2015 Technical Code for Application of Cementitious Grout, NB/T 20125-2012 Technical Specification for Grouting Construction of Safety Important Equipment Foundations in Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Plants)

· Mix Proportion: Water/BC-GJ(I) = 0.13~0.16. For mass grouting (where the depth or width of the grouting area and flow space is greater than 60cm), washed pea gravel (particle size 5~16mm) can be added, but the maximum addition amount shall not exceed 70% of the weight of BC-GJ(I), and the water consumption shall be adjusted according to site conditions.
· Mixing: Use a high-speed mixer with a mixing time of not less than 5 minutes to ensure good workability and fluidity. The mixing location should be as close as possible to the construction site, and the time from mixing to completion of pouring should not exceed 1 hour. Once grouting starts for the same equipment foundation, it must be carried out continuously without interruption, and the grouting time should be shortened as much as possible. Pour the uniformly mixed grout into the grouting part from one direction, and auxiliary grouting equipment such as high-level funnels and grouting boosters can be used if necessary.
· Curing: Complete secondary troweling of the grout layer surface exposed to air before final setting, and carry out water sprinkling and moist curing after final setting for not less than 7 days.
· Packaging: Packaged in valve bags with certain moisture resistance, with a net weight of 25kg per bag, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: It shall be stored in a dry and cool place with a shelf life of 6 months.
