BC-GJ(II) bearing grout is a high-performance cement-based grouting material optimally formulated from various organic and inorganic high-performance additives. It features self-leveling, high early strength with no later-age strength regression, and micro-expansion filling properties. It is applicable to engineering projects such as gravity grouting for bridge bearings, grouting for sound barrier installation, and grouting for large equipment foundations.
· Excellent Self-Leveling Performance: Achieves rapid and uniform filling without vibration, ensuring full contact between the grout and the bearing base.
· High Early Strength: Develops sufficient strength within hours to meet the requirements of rapid construction and early loading.
· No Later-Age Strength Regression: Maintains continuous strength growth, with 56-day strength not lower than 28-day strength.
· Micro-Expansion: Produces appropriate micro-expansion during hydration to compensate for shrinkage and ensure tight bonding with the base and bearing.
· Zero Bleeding: No bleeding or segregation occurs during the entire construction process, ensuring uniform material performance.
The following data represent typical properties of this product and may be slightly adjusted based on specific customer requirements.

· Application Scope:
o BC-GJ(II) A: Suitable for pot rubber bearings of precast simply supported box girders, sound barrier installation, and grouting for large equipment foundations.
o BC-GJ(II) B: Suitable for pot rubber bearings of cast-in-place girders.
· Water-to-Dry-Material Ratio: The recommended ratio is 0.125~0.145. The exact water consumption shall be determined through tests based on the requirements of initial fluidity and strength. Mixing water shall comply with JGJ 63 Standard for Water Used in Concrete.
· Consumption: 2100~2200kg/m³
· Mixing Method: A variable speed mixer is recommended. First add the dry material into the mixing container, start the mixer and add the weighed water at a constant speed. Mix at slow speed for 2 minutes, then at high speed for 1 minute, and finally at slow speed for another 1 minute. In the absence of a variable speed mixer, a vertical forced concrete mixer can also be used, but the mixing time shall not be less than 4 minutes.
· Curing: Immediate moist curing shall be carried out after grouting is completed and final setting is reached. The curing temperature shall be >5℃, and the wet curing time shall not be less than 7 days.
· Packaging: Packaged in paper-plastic composite bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag. Customized packaging specifications are available according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: The shelf life of the product is 6 months. It shall be protected from moisture and freezing.
