PCE-BC100P Powdered Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer

Brief Introduction

PCE-BC100P powdered polycarboxylate superplasticizer is the latest polycarboxylate-based high-performance superplasticizer at home and abroad. It features high water reduction, excellent slump retention, good workability and strong adaptability. With uniform powder particles, excellent fluidity, no agglomeration and easy dispersion, it is applicable to various cement-based dry powder materials such as high-strength concrete, high-fluidity concrete, grouting self-leveling mortar and joint filling materials. It can also be used as a functional dispersant in gypsum-based dry powder materials, refractory materials and ceramic products.

Product Features

· High Water Reduction Rate: Tested in accordance with GB 8076-2008 Concrete Admixtures, the water reduction rate of this product for concrete can reach more than 35%, and for mortar can reach more than 25%, with good slump retention capacity.

· High Strength Enhancement and Low Shrinkage: PCE-BC100P can significantly improve the strength of cement-based materials, effectively reduce shrinkage at all ages, and greatly reduce the risk of shrinkage cracking.

· Excellent Adaptability: Applicable to various specifications and types of cement, and has good compatibility with active admixtures such as slag and fly ash.

· Good Stability: It has stable performance and good soundness, and can be stored stably for a long time.

· Good Safety: This product is non-toxic and non-irritating; it contains no chloride ions and causes no corrosion to steel bars; it has extremely low alkali content.

Usage Method and Precautions

· Dosage: The common dosage is 0.1%~0.5% of the total mass of cementitious materials. The optimal dosage shall be determined by on-site tests based on engineering material conditions, ambient temperature and construction requirements.

· Mixing: This product shall be added into the mixer together with cement, sand, aggregates and other engineering materials either directly or after dissolution. The mixing time shall be subject to uniform dispersion.

· Compound Use: According to engineering needs, this product can be compounded with functional admixtures such as retarders, early strength agents and air-entraining agents. However, it shall not be mixed or used in combination with naphthalene-based, aminosulfonate-based, aliphatic and other high-efficiency superplasticizers. When used simultaneously with other types of functional admixtures, compatibility tests shall be conducted first.

Packaging and Storage

· Packaging: Packaged in bags with a net weight of 25kg per bag, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.

· Storage: This product is prone to moisture absorption when exposed to air. It shall be stored in a dry environment at room temperature (below 40℃), and avoid stacking or heavy pressure to prevent caking. It can be stored stably for 12 months in the original packaging, and shall be used up as soon as possible after the original packaging is opened.

Safety Precautions

For your personal safety, always wear protective gloves and safety goggles during handling and use to avoid direct skin contact. In case of accidental eye or skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention promptly if irritation persists.
