PCE-BC201ML polycarboxylate high slump retention superplasticizer features excellent slump retention, high strength enhancement and improved concrete durability. It has strong adaptability to various cements, low dosage and convenient use, and is applicable to all types of precast concrete, pumped concrete, long-distance transported concrete, fluid concrete, as well as low, medium, high-grade and ultra-high-strength concrete.
· Water Reduction Rate: Tested in accordance with GB 8076 Concrete Admixtures, the water reduction rate of PCE-BC201ML can reach more than 25%.
· High Strength Enhancement: Concrete mixed with PCE-BC201ML shows 60%~110% increase in 3-day compressive strength, 50%~100% increase in 7-day compressive strength, 40%~70% increase in 28-day compressive strength, and 30%~50% increase in 90-day compressive strength.
· Excellent Slump Retention: The slump of concrete mixed with PCE-BC201ML remains basically unchanged for 120 minutes.
· Good Concrete Workability: PCE-BC201ML has excellent segregation resistance, low bleeding and low pumping resistance for easy transportation. The concrete surface has no bleeding lines, no large air bubbles and small color difference, making it suitable for concrete with high appearance quality requirements.
· Improved Concrete Durability: PCE-BC201ML contains no chloride ions, so there is no risk of steel bar corrosion. Concrete prepared with PCE-BC201ML shows significantly improved frost resistance and carbonation resistance compared with plain concrete.
· Strong Product Adaptability: Applicable to various specifications and types of cement with good adaptability.
· Stable Product Performance: No delamination, no precipitation during long-term storage, and no crystallization in winter. It is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, and contains no substances that cause corrosion to steel bars.
· Dosage: The recommended dosage is 0.5%~1.5% of the total mass of cementitious materials. For concrete with high slump retention requirements, the dosage can be appropriately increased to 2.0%. The optimal dosage shall be determined based on concrete raw material conditions, ambient temperature and construction requirements.
· Compatibility with Other Admixtures: PCE-BC201ML shall not be mixed or used in combination with naphthalene-based superplasticizers. When used simultaneously with other types of admixtures (such as retarders, early strength agents, air-entraining agents, etc.), concrete compatibility tests shall be conducted in advance.
· Mixing Requirements: Add it into the mixer together with cement, admixtures, sand and aggregates, and mix evenly. For concrete with strength grade C60 and above, the mixing time shall be appropriately extended.
· Packaging: Available in drums, liquid bags or bulk tankers for convenient loading, unloading and transportation. The volume of packaging drums can be customized according to customer requirements.
· Storage: It shall be stored in containers made of plastic, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) or stainless steel; iron containers are not recommended. Containers shall be kept clean, dry and cool. Avoid direct sunlight in high temperature seasons and take anti-freezing measures in cold seasons. The sealed shelf life is 1 year.
· PCE-BC201ML is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-explosive. It contains no formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly.
