PCE-BC01 polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a new generation of superplasticizer developed with the most advanced molecular construction technology in China. Based on special ionic functional groups, it has steric hindrance force and strong electrostatic repulsion, which effectively improves the adsorption and dispersion capacity of the superplasticizer and its adaptability to concrete raw materials. Compared with conventional superplasticizers, it features high water reduction rate, low dosage, good adaptability to cement, small slump loss and no pollution. It can significantly improve the wrapping property of concrete, enhance its workability and pumpability, and is especially suitable for high-fluidity, high-slump-retention, high-strength and ultra-high-strength concrete projects.
· High Water Reduction Rate: Tested in accordance with GB 8076 Concrete Admixtures, the water reduction rate of this product is 25%~30%, and can reach more than 50% with increased dosage.
· Excellent Slump Retention Performance: The specific slump-retention groups in the product can ensure that the concrete slump remains basically unchanged for 60 minutes; for concrete with special slump-retention requirements, continuous slump retention for up to 4 hours can be achieved, ensuring the pumping construction of concrete.
· Adjustable Setting Time: The setting time of concrete mixed with PCE-BC01 is generally 6h~12h, which can be adjusted according to seasonal changes and engineering needs to meet the setting time requirements of different projects.
· Superior Durability: PCE-BC01 contains no chloride ions, so there is no risk of steel bar corrosion; it has extremely low alkali content, which can effectively prevent alkali-aggregate reaction; it improves concrete shrinkage and enhances the volume stability and durability of concrete.

· Recommended Dosage: The common dosage is 0.6%~1.2% of the total mass of cementitious materials. When preparing high-strength concrete, the dosage can be increased to 1.3%~2.0%; when preparing ultra-high-strength concrete, the dosage can be increased to 3.0%~4.0%. The optimal dosage shall be determined by on-site tests based on raw material conditions, ambient temperature and construction requirements.
· Compatibility: Shall not be mixed with naphthalene-based, aminosulfonate-based, aliphatic and other high-efficiency superplasticizers; can be used simultaneously with other types of admixtures such as retarders, early strength agents and air-entraining agents.
· Mixing Requirements: Add it into the mixer together with cement, admixtures, sand and aggregates, and mix evenly. For concrete with strength grade C60 and above, the mixing time shall be appropriately extended.
· Precautions: When on-site materials are changed, adaptability tests shall be conducted to obtain the best use effect. Concrete mixed with PCE-BC01 must be cured in accordance with construction specifications.
· Packaging: Available in drums, liquid bags or bulk tankers for convenient loading, unloading and transportation. The volume of packaging drums can be customized according to customer requirements.
· Storage: It shall be stored in containers made of plastic, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) or stainless steel; iron containers are not recommended. Containers shall be kept clean, dry and cool. Avoid direct sunlight in high temperature seasons and take anti-freezing measures in cold seasons. The sealed shelf life is 1 year.
· PCE-BC01 is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-explosive. It contains no formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly.
· PCE-BC01 is not edible. Avoid prolonged skin contact and prevent it from entering eyes or mouth. If it gets on the skin, wash it quickly with water and soap. If it accidentally enters eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
