· Dosage: The dosage of this product is 1.0%~5.0% of the mass of cementitious materials, with a recommended dosage of 1.5%~4.0%. The effect may vary slightly with different cement types and mix proportions.
· Trial Mixing: This product has a certain water-reducing effect. To ensure concrete workability, the dosage of water reducers can be appropriately reduced as needed.
· Mixing: It can be directly added to the mixing system for automatic metering. The metering accuracy should be checked regularly to ensure accuracy.
· Curing: Covering and water curing should be started immediately after concrete final setting. Surface covering measures should be taken during winter construction to prevent surface frost damage. For high-fluidity concrete, secondary troweling should be carried out as required.
· Compound Use: It has good compatibility with various concrete water reducers, and is recommended to be compounded with polycarboxylate high-performance superplasticizers. As an early strength agent, its performance will be affected when compounded with retarders or admixtures with retarding effects.
· Packaging: BC-510 is available in drums or bulk tankers for convenient loading, unloading and transportation. The volume of packaging drums can be customized according to customer requirements.
· Storage: It shall be stored in containers made of plastic, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) or stainless steel; iron containers are not recommended. Containers shall be kept clean. Avoid direct sunlight in high temperature seasons and take anti-freezing measures in cold seasons. The sealed shelf life is 3 months.
· BC-510 is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-explosive. It contains no formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly.
· BC-510 is not edible. Avoid prolonged skin contact and prevent it from entering eyes or mouth. If it gets on the skin, wash it quickly with water and soap. If it accidentally enters eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention promptly.
