BC-JK100 Concrete Release Agent

Brief Introduction

BC-JK100 concrete release agent can form a stable emulsion with water. After water evaporation, it forms a film on the surface of concrete molds, which effectively reduces the cohesion between concrete and formwork, and significantly decreases the number of air voids on the concrete surface. This achieves the purposes of easy demolding, improved concrete surface appearance and rust prevention for steel formworks. This product is applicable to various types of molds, especially iron and steel formworks, and can be used in engineering fields including civil construction, municipal engineering, industrial engineering, water conservancy, transportation and nuclear power.

· Excellent Demolding Effect: BC-JK100 enables smooth separation of concrete from formwork while maintaining the complete and undamaged shape of concrete. The concrete adhesion amount on the working surface is 2g/m², which is lower than the standard value of 5g/m².

· Superior Surface Smoothness: It can significantly reduce the number of air voids on the concrete surface.

· Good Constructability: BC-JK100 has excellent brushing performance and can form an effective film, adapting to different construction conditions. It is non-toxic and has no irritating odor.

The following data represent typical properties of this product and may be slightly adjusted based on specific customer requirements. The performance indicators of BC-JK100 comply with the technical requirements of JC/T 949-2005 Release Agents for Concrete Products.

Usage Method and Precautions

· Dilution: BC-JK100 concrete release agent must be diluted before use. The initial dilution ratio is BC-JK100: Water = 1:1, and the limit dilution ratio is 1:4. The diluted solution should be used as soon as possible.

· Stirring: The diluted solution should be fully stirred until uniform without aggregation or delamination.

· Construction Method: It can be applied by brushing with mops, brushes or rollers; or evenly sprayed on the mold surface using agricultural sprayers or paint spray guns. The spraying dosage should be determined according to the environmental conditions. Under normal circumstances, 1 liter of diluted release agent can cover 15~20 square meters. Depending on temperature changes, the film formation time after application is 10~50 minutes. Subsequent construction can be carried out only after the white color disappears.

· Construction Temperature: This product is suitable for use within the temperature range of 5～45℃.

· Precautions: This product shall not be used in rainy days and shall not be mixed with other products.

Packaging and Storage

· Packaging: Available in drums with a net weight of 50kg or 200kg per drum. Customized packaging specifications are available according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.

· Storage: This product shall be stored in its original sealed package at a temperature of 5～35℃ for a shelf life of 3 to 6 months. Avoid direct sunlight, and take measures to prevent moisture and freezing.

Safety Precautions

· BC-JK100 concrete release agent is non-toxic and harmless, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-explosive. It contains no formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly.

· For your personal safety, always wear protective gloves and safety goggles during handling and use of BC-JK100 to avoid direct skin contact. In case of accidental eye or skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention promptly if irritation persists.
