BC-YHJ101 concrete curing compound mainly uses amphiphilic compounds to form a monomolecular film on the concrete surface to reduce water evaporation. It significantly minimizes phenomena such as plastic shrinkage cracking, crusting and stickiness of concrete caused by excessive water loss, thereby improving concrete quality and enhancing its service performance. This product is suitable for plastic concrete surfaces where the evaporation rate exceeds the bleeding rate, especially for the plastic-stage curing of large-area paved and large-size thin-plate concrete under harsh environmental conditions such as high temperature, strong wind and low humidity.
· High-Efficiency Evaporation Reduction Effect: Under strong wind and low humidity conditions, BC-YHJ101 can reduce the water evaporation rate on the concrete surface by 60%~80%; under direct sunlight conditions, it can reduce the water evaporation rate by 30%~40%.
· Effective Inhibition of Plastic Cracking: The monomolecular film formed by BC-YHJ101 on the concrete surface effectively slows down water evaporation, delays the generation of pore negative pressure, and reduces the micro-driving force of concrete plastic shrinkage cracking, thereby effectively inhibiting plastic cracking.
· Excellent Concrete Troweling Performance: BC-YHJ101 effectively inhibits water evaporation, thus greatly reducing the water concentration gradient between the surface and interior of concrete, avoiding phenomena such as peeling and crusting on the surface of plastic concrete, and endowing concrete with excellent troweling performance.
· Improved Cement Hydration Environment: Through its evaporation reduction effect, BC-YHJ101 provides the necessary humidity conditions for cement hydration of surface concrete and promotes the improvement of cement hydration degree.
· Enhanced Concrete Durability: The use of BC-YHJ101 reduces the risk of early plastic cracks in concrete, eliminates the channels for various harmful media to enter the concrete interior, and extends the service life of concrete.
· Dilution: BC-YHJ101 should be diluted before use with a dilution ratio of BC-YHJ101: Water = 1:3.
· Stirring: The diluted solution should be fully stirred until uniform without aggregation or delamination.
· Spraying: It can be evenly sprayed on the surface of plastic concrete using agricultural sprayers or spray guns. The spraying dosage should be determined according to the environmental conditions of the concrete. Under normal circumstances, 1 liter of diluted solution can cover 5~10 square meters. It can be reapplied under harsh conditions with extremely high water evaporation on the concrete surface.
· Construction Temperature: The construction temperature of BC-YHJ101 shall not be lower than 5℃.
· Packaging: BC-YHJ101 is available in drums with a net weight of 50kg per drum. Specifications can be adjusted according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: BC-YHJ101 shall be stored in a sealed, dry and cool place, with a shelf life of 6 months under sealed conditions.
· BC-YHJ101 is non-toxic, non-irritating, non-radioactive, non-flammable and non-explosive. It contains no formaldehyde and is environmentally friendly.
· For your personal safety, always wear protective gloves and safety goggles during handling and use of BC-YHJ101 to avoid direct skin contact. In case of accidental eye or skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water. Seek medical attention promptly if irritation persists.
