BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener is a colorless and transparent liquid material. It is non-toxic, non-flammable, has strong permeability, and is easy to construct. It can form a permanent sealing layer on the concrete surface and contains no VOC components. This product is mainly composed of water, active crystalline reactants, enhanced penetrating agents, etc. Through effective penetration, it reacts with active chemical components in concrete to consolidate the concrete into a solid mass, thus forming a dense whole. It can significantly improve the performance indicators of concrete surface such as hardness, abrasion resistance, medium penetration resistance and corrosion resistance.
· High-Efficiency Penetration: BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener enters concrete mainly through capillary action and further diffuses inward through the liquid phase, with a maximum penetration depth of more than 1cm into the concrete interior.
· Rapid Reaction: BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener produces a strengthening effect within 7 to 10 days.
· Hardness Improvement: BC-ZQ(I) reacts with active chemical substances in concrete to form high-strength gels and crystals. At the same time, it densifies the microstructure of cement-based materials, greatly improving the hardness and wear resistance of the concrete surface.
· Impermeability and Corrosion Resistance: BC-ZQ(I) adopts advanced reaction and crystallization technology combined with low surface tension and strong penetration technology to modify and optimize the microstructure of the concrete surface. It simultaneously blocks concrete capillary pores and micro-cracks, turning the concrete surface into a highly dense whole. It strongly inhibits the transport of aggressive media in the concrete surface and ultimately effectively slows down or prevents corrosion reactions.
The performance indicators of BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener comply with the technical requirements of JC/T 1018 Water-based Penetrating Inorganic Waterproofing Agents and JC/T 2158 Penetrating Liquid Hardening Agents.

· Recommended Dosage: The normal dosage is 2~4m²/kg, and the specific dosage depends on the permeability and porosity of the concrete. The optimal dosage shall be determined by on-site tests based on raw material conditions, ambient temperature and construction requirements.
· Preparation Work: Prepare brooms, buckets, masks, gloves, work clothes, etc. Before spraying, ensure the concrete surface is clean and dry. The construction temperature shall be between 5℃ and 50℃, and the relative humidity shall be 40%~75%. If the ground needs to be cleaned, use neutral or weakly alkaline cleaners. Acidic cleaners shall not be used to clean or cure the ground.
· Operation Steps: Shake well before use, then pour into a sprayer or container. Do not mix with any other liquids. Spray the first coat evenly with a low-pressure sprayer or brush until saturated. If local areas dry too quickly during the process, re-spray immediately. When the entire concrete surface appears semi-dry, repeat the second and even third spraying. If white crystalline residues appear, it is a normal phenomenon and can be wiped off with clean water after 5~7 days of curing.
· Curing: Keep the constructed concrete surface free from water splashing and freezing within 24 hours. After 5~7 days of curing at room temperature, backfilling or covering with other materials can be carried out.
· Precautions: Do not use BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener on aluminum products, glazed surfaces or glass surfaces, otherwise corrosion will occur. In case of accidental contact, rinse with clean water immediately.
· Packaging: BC-ZQ(I) concrete surface hardener is available in 10kg, 50kg or 200kg drums. Other packaging specifications can be provided according to customer requirements, ensuring convenient loading, unloading and transportation.
· Storage: BC-ZQ(I) shall be stored in a sealed, dry and cool place, with a shelf life of 6 months under sealed conditions.
· Ingestion: Spit out the residual liquid in the mouth immediately, drink plenty of water or milk, and seek medical emergency treatment promptly.
· Contact: In case of skin or eye contact, wash thoroughly with soap or clean water and seek medical emergency treatment promptly.
